ITINERARY

Day 1
You will depart the tri-state area, headed for George Washington's Mansion, in Mount Vernon. Upon arrival at Alexandria Dock in Old Town Alexandria Virginia, you will board the Mount Vernon Cruise. Here you will ride down the Potomac River taking in the beautiful sights on both sides of the river, until you arrive at George Washington's Mount Vernon. Here you will visit the home of George and Martha Washington, the most popular historic estate in America. Home to George Washington for over forty years, the mansion includes original furnishings and era artifacts, Washington's Tomb and nearly 50 acres of his plantation, a working blacksmith shop and a re-constructed slave cabin. After a visit to the mansion, enjoy a wonderful dinner and shopping in Old Town Alexandria, V.A. The tour will then head to the hotel, for a clean comfortable night's rest.

Day 2
After departing the hotel, the tour will begin the day in Washington DC. You will have the opportunity to see the White House, Capitol Hill, Lincoln Memorial, Korean War Memorial, Vietnam War Memorial, Cherry Blossom (seasonal), Franklin Elenor Roosevelt Memorial and the Air & Space Museum. Then, enjoy a hearty dinner and spend the night in Washington DC.

Day 3
After a wonderful continental breakfast, the tour will travel towards Corning, NY. Here you will have lunch at the Corning Museum of Glass. View the incredible glass gift ware and souvenir shop. Next, the tour will head to the National State Park of Niagara Falls. Here, you will board the legendary boat ride "Maid of the Mist." You will then proceed to dinner, followed by the night view on Goat Island. You will also enter the Cave of the Winds to see the Night Rainbow. Then back to the hotel in Buffalo, NY (twenty miles away).

Day 4
Then off towards Alexandria Bay, New York. Upon arrival you will have the chance to stroll down James Street and enjoy the wonderful specialty stores, restaurants and souvenir shop. Then board the boat that will take you through one of the most unusual settings you'll ever see. The St. Lawrence River is comprised of 1,860 islands. For centuries this area has been noted for it's rich history and preservation. Sit back and enjoy all the memorable beauty this tour has to offer, then return to the motor coach bus, for a safe trip home.

Passengers returning to Washington D.C will spend the night in a hotel in Edison New Jersey, returning to Washington D.C the following morning.
